The effectiveness of treatment with Kintaro immune cells

Cancer is a formidable disease that has already taken millions of human lives. Until recently, doctors were completely powerless against this diagnosis. But today, thanks to the development of cellular medicine, patients have a hope.

What is cancer?

Cancer occurs when the body loses control of its cells, which leads to their unrestrained replication and penetration into surrounding tissues. How is cancer treated with Kintaro immune cells?

We collect 25 ml of patient's blood for the production of an anti-cancer vaccine (25 ml is enough). Using special methods from the patient's blood, then coax monocyte cells, from which dendritic cells are subsequently grown. During their maturation, antigens of tumor cells obtained through genetic engineering, or "fragments" of the patient's tumor, are added to the cell culture.

The immature progenitor cell (monocyte cell) is capable to capture these antigens. The captured "fragment" undergoes certain structural changes, to better recognize characteristic sign of this tumor by other immune cells at a later stage.

As a result of these processes, the progenitor cell become a dendritic cell that signals that it carries a foreign antigen. After this, immune cells are able to recognize them as tumor cells.

Then matured dendritic cells are inject to the patient. Being in the body, T-cells are able to recognize the antigen, "learn", and then increase an immune response. Thus, various types of cells are activated (cytotoxic T-lymphocytes, NK-natural killers), which upon contact with the tumor cell destroy it and do not touch healthy cells.

NK - natural killers are lymphocytes that possess cytotoxicity against tumor cells. They are already "acquainted" with an alien sign and introduced into the body of a patient with a blood flow they spread throughout the body and "search" for different tissues of the carriers of this particular trait. When it meets its goal (in this case with a tumor cell), the cell-performer damages it and produces substances that alert other immune cells.

In the future, the vaccine can also activate other immune cells - so-called T-helpers. Active T-helpers with blood flow get to the "scene", and develop substances there, that support the activity of the cell-performers.

As a result of the interaction of dendritic cells and T-helpers, the producing B-cells are also stimulated to grow and produce specific antibodies.

The effectiveness of treatment with Kintaro immune cells

To date, the effectiveness of treatment with dendritic cells of patients with skin, kidney, breast, prostate, and colon and ovarian cancer has already been proven. In addition, immune cells are more effective in combating tumor cells, which have previously been treated by destructive effect of "chemistry or radiation".

Vaccination with dendritic cells is necessary when routine therapy does not bring the desired effect. However, it is useful for any type of cancer and for any stage of cancer. But the maximum effect during vaccination is manifested in the early stages of the disease, when there are not so many cancer cells in the body. In any case, this method of treatment can prolong the life of patients and prevent the occurrence of relapses.

In contrast to chemotherapy or radiotherapy, when the body is exposed to foreign substances or radiation, dendritic cells treatment stimulate the body's own immune system fights with a tumor. In comparison with other types of treatment, dendritic cell therapy is rarely accompanied by side effects. In addition, this therapy is done on an outpatient basis and does not require a stay in the clinic.

Dendritic cell therapy can be performed with routine therapies that depress the immune system. And for this reason must be divided with the latter in time. The results of the latest extensive researches indicate the effectiveness of this method, which makes it possible to put it on a par with generally accepted practices.

In general, this method has been successfully and absolutely legally used for more than 20 years in many countries, including Japan. A vaccine based on dendritic cells is well known in the scientific community due to its unique effectiveness in the treatment of cancer. For example, in Germany, some insurance companies and sickness funds are already covering the cost of this treatment, as necessary supportive therapy for cancer. Doctors in other countries are also convinced that this method of treatment is the future.
